Anticorit DFV 40 is an oily, solvent-based corrosion preventive which forms a thin protective film after the thinner evaporates. Even at low film thickness, the product offers outstanding corrosion protection and excellent removability with all solvents and with water-based industrial detergents.
Anticorit DFV40 has powerful dewatering properties and good wetting characteristics on watery surfaces. This allows washed components to be de-watered and protected in one operation.
Anticorit DFV 40 can be applied by dipping, spraying or brushing. The product largely resists dripping. If spraying equipment is properly adjusted, run off and dripping can be eliminated. Run-off periods after dipping is short.
Anticorit DFW 320 IP is a solvent based, barium free, corrosion preventive and dewatering fluid. After the solvent evaporates, it forms a waxy, touch dry film.
- Short term protection during transportation.
- Storage of semi-finished and finished materials and parts.
Fuchs Anticorit DW-Thix R 2 is a thixotropic, solvent-free, at room temperature grease-like corrosion preventive.
Fuchs Anticorit DW-Thix R 2 is recommended for the final protection of roller chains when a high degree of protection is required.

- 20 litre pails and
- 400g aerosol cans for easy use.
Incorporated are special petroleum base stocks, corrosion inhibitors and solvents.
Displaces and repels moisture from:
- ignition systems,
- radio and
- intricate mechanisms.
High penetrating ability on:
- rusty bolts,
- nuts, etc. to aid speedy removal.
Prevents rust and corrosion on:
- inside doors,

Effective against salt water spray.
Fuchs Anticorit HDG is a excellent corrosion preventive fluid. (Hot Dip Galvanize).
Fuchs Anticorit HDG protects semi-finished ferrous components during transport and storage indoors and under open shed conditions.
Anticorit LRC 123 V is a corrosion preventative containing a hydrocarbon-based solvent in the Hazard Category A III. After the solvent has evaporated Anticorit LRC 123 V forms a thin, colourless, non-resonating, greasy-/oily film which provides metal surfaces with good protection against corrosion. Anticorit LRC 123 V os particularly recommended for the protection of clutch components and is used by leading clutch manufacturers.
Anticorit LRC 123V can be applied by dipping, spraying or brushing. The protective film need not be removed prior to assembly and tests have shown that no slipping occurs in use.
ANTICORIT PL 3802-14 is a Prelube, in other words, a corrosion preventive and drawing compound. The product is low misting and skin compatible and is free of chlorine, zinc and barium.
ANTICORIT PL 3802-14 is mainly used as a spot lubricant where additional drawing performance is required and by rolling mills for the single and double sided protection of coils and stacked steel sheets. It can be applied directly prior to pressing operations as a drawing compound. Recommended application methods are spraying (preferably electrostatic) or rolling.
ANTICORIT PL 3802-39 is a Prelube, i.e. a corrosion preventive and drawing compound.
• Finishing shops of rolling mills (for the single and double sided protection of coils and stacked steel sheets)
• Press shops prior to drawing operations, as a drawing compound.
ANTICORIT PL 3802-39 LV is a low viscosity, barium-free automotive sheet steel lubricant for the cleaning of steel strips and blanks to remove dirt prior to stamping; provides lubricity to improve drawability of metals and reduces die wear, protects the sheet metal and stamped parts from corrosion, offers excellent film stability even on vertical surfaces, is easily removed by water-based alkaline
cleaners and provides phosphate, electro coat primer and adhesive/sealer compatibility. The product is slightly turbid. Higher viscosity versions with 60 cSt/40°C designed for steel mill application are available as ANTICORIT PL 3802-39S and with 100 cSt/40°C for high performance press shop oiling as RENOFORM MCO 3802.
ANTICORIT PL 3802-39 LV is recommended for use in coil and blank washing equipment for the cleaning and protection of automotive sheet steel. If the film weight is in the region of 2 g/m2, most of all subsequent pressing operations can be performed without any additional oiling.
Fuchs Anticorit PL 3802-39 S is a brown, thixotropic and barium-free corrosion preventive fluid.
Types of Material
Fuchs Anticorit PL 3802-39 S is suitable for:
• Fine metal sheets (Z, ZE, ZNE, ZF, with and without a phosphate layer), but also for
